Founded in 2017 by Paul James and Jon Buscemi, the deli started on Beverly Boulevard with a simple idea: serve quality sandwiches in a space that feels familiar and unpretentious. Inspired by New York delis, the menu focuses on cold cuts, fresh mozzarella, house-made salads, and daily specials—using locally sourced ingredients.
