Founded in 2016 by lifelong New Yorker Scarr Pimentel, Scarr’s Pizza brings craftsmanship and culture back to the classic NYC slice. Located on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Scarr’s sets itself apart by milling its own flour in-house daily, making it one of the only pizzerias in the city to do so.
