Matty's Patty's brings the joy of burgers to Darlinghurst, Saturday October 18 as part of SURPLUS® 2025. Founded by Matty Matheson and Pat Tenore, Matty's Patty's was born in 2018 from pop-ups in Oahu, Tokyo and Toronto, and has grown into a global movement with brick-and-mortar homes in Toronto and Costa Mesa.
